The Guarda Golf Hotel in Crans-Montana is owned by Nati Felli, a Brazilian LR alumna.

The Guarda Golf Hotel of Crans Montana was nominated 3rd  in the “Most Welcoming Hotel” of the Luxury Hotels category by Switzerland Tourism, Switzerland’s national tourism office. This award was granted based on the analysis of visitor reviews from over 250 leading websites worldwide that were analyzed by TrustYou.  The hotels were evaluated on “the attentiveness of the staff, their readiness to help and ability to anticipate guests’ wishes,” said Jürg Schmid, CEO of Switzerland Tourism, “Each one can be recommended strongly, because each one has impressed its most discerning critics: its own guests.”

Les Roches is proud to have an alumna of such prestigious talent reinforcing our reputation as a global leader in hospitality management education. During the three years since Nati Felli purchased and began managing the Guarda Golf Hotel, she has instilled a principle of perfectionistic devotion and attention to detail for her guests. The hotel is nestled in the prestigious Crans-Montana ski resort offering 25 luxuriously appointed rooms and suites and a unique spa where the cult Brazilian brand Beauty by Clinica Ivo Pitanguy is offered exclusively. The hotel offers two gastronomic restaurants and a cozy lounge with delicious cuisine, creative cocktails and attentive service.  Overall, Nati Felli’s attention to detail and passion for hospitality have created this idyllic haven of good-taste and impeccable service for guests to enjoy throughout the seasons.

Congratulations to Nati and long-live the “Les Roches way of life” carried on by our alumni around the world!
