Global Degree students get sledding

Afternoon sledding

It’s been one month since I arrived at Les Roches, and I’m already in love with everything!

The landscape is amazing, everyone is friendly and helpful, the weather is very pleasant, teachers are great and classes are fun – everything is perfect.

Being in the Global Degree, there are only 15 people in our class, which is great for us and for the teachers. Last Friday, our program manager organized an outing for us, and I can say that everyone had a lot of fun.

We went to Aminona, a towhotel school global degree students go sleddingn 10 minutes from campus, to go sledding.  We left in the afternoon and sledded down the mountain to a really nice and cozy restaurant to have some traditional cheese fondue, (absolutely amazing), some tea, and a chance to get warmed up.

We then got back to sleddingour sleds and since it was dark already, we all got headlights to go down the rest of the mountain.

We had so much fun this day, we got to know each other more, and it is nice that we got to all spend some time together outside the school environment.

Les Roches plans many day trips and outings for us during the semester.

This is a great way to get to know more people and do something a bit different, while you are at it.
