Professional internships give your hospitality management career a head start. Your first internship will expose you to roles and responsibilities in hospitality operations, such as service (restaurant, bars, room service) or rooms division (front office, housekeeping).

In your fourth semester, you will continue to build your understanding of key hospitality principles. Your courses will include:
In your second professional internship, you will build your skills in hospitality management, project management, time management and communication. You can spend this semester in any department or in cross-training. Hotels and restaurants are popular choices for the second internship, but students also choose other industries.
In the final year of the BBA in Global Hospitality Management, you will focus on broader business practices and strategic management. Your courses will include:

In the last semester of your bachelor’s degree, you may either choose a specialization, taking courses focused on one subject area, or you may choose the General Management track, taking a range of elective courses in different subject areas. Honors degree candidates will also complete a dissertation.
