Les Roches Marbella Andalusian Gastronomy Summer Program

 
Any summer program in Europe can take you sightseeing, but the Les Roches Marbella summer program will take you behind the scenes into the depths of Spanish culture and cuisine. 

The Les Roches Andalusian Gastronomy Summer Program is designed to offer participants an authentic culinary and cultural experience in a relaxed and popular summer holiday destination – Marbella (Spain).  During the program, participants will divide the days between culinary courses and excursions to traditional fabrication sites such as the wineries of the region, a local Spanish brewery and an olive oil mill. Travel through the white villages, historical monuments and taste the regional gastronomy, live its flamenco, its people, its traditions……discover Spain and enjoy the summer with us!

PROGRAM QUICK FACTS

• Location:  Marbella (Costa del Sol), Málaga, Spain
• Duration:  2 weeks Andalusian Gastronomy Program with focus on Andalusian Culture
• Dates: 15th July to 29th July 2012
• Starting: 16th July 2012
• Ends: 28th July 2012
• Language: Spanish (basic level)
• Age: 18 years old (minimum)
• Costs: 1,500 Euros. All inclusive except air ticket and pocket money. Students arriving before 15th July will have to find their own accommodation.
• Uniforms : Upon arrival, student will receive kitchen uniforms and ustensils for use during the program.
