LES ROCHES SCHOOL GOVERNING BOARD
The Governing Board’s objective is to review the school’s mission, assure quality and integrity, review major changes in the curriculum, endorse strategic planning, monitor financial data and access the CEO's performance. The Governing Board meets between 3 and 4 times per year and is composed of an independent chairperson, representatives from Gesthotel, "hôtelleriesuisse" as well as independent lawyers and Chief Executive Officers.

ACADEMIC COMMITTEE
The “Comité Scolaire” is the academic committee of the university. The committee meets once per semester to review academic policies, curriculums and to ensure the programs are up-to-date and adapted for the professional world. The committee is composed of two representatives from the department of the ministry of education and the CEO, as well as three consultative representatives: one from "hôtelleriesuisse", one from the hotel association of valais and one representative from the hospitality industry.
