Professional biography
Edward Rachny joined Les Roches Bluche six years ago. In his first year he joined the opening team of the Les Roches Jing Jang International Hotel Management College in Shanghai, Peoples Republic of China.
After having completed his apprenticeship as a cook and obtained a Culinary Master Degree, Germany (1986). Edward Rachny worked for about 25 years in various five stars hotels and resorts on all five continents. During this time he also gains with Royal Caribbean International cruise ships experiences. Edward Rachny was selected in the onboard opening senior management team and he opens all five Voyager and all four Radiance class ships.
He has a certificate in Food and Beverage Management, Cornell University, Ithaca New Your, USA (1998) and a Master in Business Administration with Liverpool University, UK (2010).
