In this Privacy Policy, references to “you” mean any person submitting any data to us or to the Site.

Data protection is a matter of trust and your privacy is important to us. We shall therefore only collect and use your name and other information which relate to you in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected and we have implemented reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data collected by us via the Site against unauthorized access, misuse, loss or destruction.

You can visit the Site and browse without having to provide personal details. During your visit to the Site you remain anonymous and at no time can we identify you unless you have an account on the Site and log on with your user name and password.

We may collect your title, name, gender, email address, postal address, telephone number, mobile number and other information related to you, your education level and personal health, for admissions purposes. We may also collect your bank details when you purchase products through the Les Roches Online Shop.

Les Roches doesn’t seek to collect personal data from individuals under age of 18 or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction. Individuals under age of 18 or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction should receive permission from their parent or legal guardian before providing any personal data to us on the Site.



We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose. If we do combine non-personal information with personal information the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

We will use the personal information you provide to enable us to process your application and to provide you with the information and services which you requested.

We may pass your details to other companies in our group (Sommet Education group). We may also pass your details to our agents and subcontractors to help us with any of our uses of your data set out in our Privacy Policy.  For example, we share personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located wherever Sommet Education group operates. Any information collected and used to contact consumers for marketing and operational purposes is used only by Les Roches and its affiliates. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers or email addresses online may receive telephone or email contact from us with information regarding special promotions, new products and services, or upcoming events about Les Roches and its affiliates. Les Roches and its affiliates will not release, sell, rent, or trade that personal information to any third party. Please note that telephone calls to and from Les Roches may be monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
